How soon
will my order be delivered?
Stock items like envelopes and journals can usually
ship the same day. Normal production time for most imprinted
orders is 5 working days. "Professional" orders
ship in 7 working days. Most orders ship FedEx Ground
3-Day Select from the plant closest to you. A tracking
number can be provided at your request. Rush production
and Overnite shipping are available for additional charges.

Will I see
a Proof of my check order?
Yes. We will fax you a "paste-up" Proof of
your check or form along with an Order Confirmation
and Credit Card information sheet for your completion,
approval or changes and request to fax return. We make
every effort to ensure that your order is printed correctly
the first time.
What's the
best format to e-mail my logo in?
Large b/w .jpeg files works well. We will reduce them
to size. Remember that the quality of your logo will
determine the quality of your imprint. Gif copies from
the internet do not work well. Original artwork in the
format it was created in works best. Line art should
be at least 300 d.p.i., grayscale at least 600 d.p.i..

Can
you send me a sample or brochure?
Yes we can. The internet
cannot always display colors and patterns accurately.
